Please read the following carefully:
1. Special Packaging- All raw food and bones are shipped frozen in special insulated boxes with dry ice.
2. Multiple Box Packaging- Some orders weighing over 30 pounds must be shipped in more then one box. As a guideline, the maximum a box will hold of each type of frozen food is 15 x 2 lb chubs which is 30 lbs.
3. Monday Shipping- We ship our Frozen and Raw foods on Mondays, packed in dry ice. There is enough dry ice to ship from our location via Fedex ground in 4 days, anywhere in the Continental United States. When the food arrives, it should still be frozen. If the meat is partially frozen it can still be put in the freezer and re frozen, and is still safe to feed your pet. You can also cut the frozen food and put it in smaller packages prior to putting it in the freezer, if you wish. When your order arrives, the dry ice may be almost are completely sublimated. Please throw the dry ice away in the brown bag it came in. Handling dry ice with your bare hands can cause burns.
To ensure that we have adequate stock to fill your order, please place your order by Sunday night. Orders placed on Monday will be filled on a first come first serve basis as long as adequate stock is available. If they cannot be filled the order will remain for the following Monday.
4. Fedex Ground And Home Delivery Service- The least expensive shipping method is Fedex Ground or home Delivery Service. Fedex Home Delivery Service is if you are shipping to your residence. Fedex Ground is shipping to your business. Delivery time frames vary depending on the state shipped to, but in most cases you will receive your delivery on Friday. To be sure of your delivery date, please refer to the tracking information available in the shipping conformation email you will receive on Tuesday.
5. Delivery Instructions- Please ship to an address where someone will be available to accept the order. If this is not possible, please leave a note for the Fedex delivery person on the scheduled day of delivery with instructions on where to leave the order(that is not in the hot sun). We can only guarantee the food will stay frozen
for 4 days from the date of shipment. If it cannot be delivered or if it sits or an extended period of time in hot weather, the food may begin to thaw.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders that are unable to be delivered or that sat outside after delivery.
6. Return the shipping box to us at no cost to you:
* Please affix the prepaid label that we enclose with your shipment to the empty box, placing it over the top of the label with your address on it.
* Make sure the silver insulation is in the box. Bring the box to any Fedex location.
Your credit card will be charged $15 if the insulated box is not returned within 2 weeks.
